Shipping Policy
At Ash Resin Lamps, we are committed to ensuring that every order is carefully prepared and delivered to our customers in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order, as it contains important information regarding processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, and related conditions.
Order Processing
All orders placed through our store are subject to a processing period of one (1) to two (2) business days from the moment payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the United States. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be subject to extension, in which case customers will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard International Shipping: Six (6) to eight (8) business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Ash Resin Lamps shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, natural events, carrier disruptions, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
Ash Resin Lamps is pleased to offer free tracked and insured shipping on your first order. Subsequent orders may be subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of their shipment in real time. Ash Resin Lamps is not responsible for delays in tracking updates, which may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Ash Resin Lamps has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at the email address listed on our contact page within fourteen (14) calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as promptly as possible. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
Incorrect Address
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Ash Resin Lamps cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery.
